People Running To Catch Up With Themselves Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

People Running To Catch Up With Themselves

People running races through the years, trying to catch up
with themselves as days and nights are kept closely in their
memories of a fateful destiny as life continues to breathe
in and out of our souls.

Always hearing people talking of their lives, yet sorrows,
regrets and emptiness are only kept to be put into songs that
capture hearts with melodies in E minor, touching us all
deeply in life.
