Quiet Soul
Staring at a blank brown wall, letting mind and intellect
collect thoughts, feelings and emotions while doing so.
Emptying them of stress and tension so as to relax and en-
joy the peaceful environment surrounding life.
Bringing serenity to a quiet soul and being, an everlast-
ing energy being built up and stored for the rest of life.
