Reading Moments Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Reading Moments

Reading moments as they're being portrayed in notes of
coded rhythms, always present, entertaining self since
very young, being alone in a self-sufficient environment.

Enjoying doing things alone, visions taking up much time,
but are always just right, because life never does stop,
that's why this poet never stops writing.

Loving every moment in doing so, climbing heights, scaling
mountains or flying, soaring into the heavens flying a
Cessna or Huey.

Two favorite things done when only nineteen years old,
looking back over life, realizing all things this mere
poet has accomplished and done without any fear.

Never stepping back, moving forward, knowing anything can
be done if one just goes ahead and does it, fear never a
reason to not try new things or learn whole new ways of
living life.
