Returning Nature's Favors? Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Nature blossoming all around us, touching our hearts, minds
and spirits with tantalizing aromas of flowers, pine trees
and much more.

Expecting us to reciprocate, yet we don't know how to, or
are too busy to find the time of day to return nature's
favors.

Always giving us beauty and fulfillment through sight and
senses, never veering from it's purpose here on earth.

Poets stopping to smell the flowers, find immense satis-
faction in writing detailed musical poetical poetry in
tribute and honor of nature when found.

Giving expression in writing to the wonder and awe of
nature as God has created it.
