Silent Sanctuary
Sanctuary of silence hides within me, bringing everlasting peace when I go within to get away from the cruelty of other people.
Instead of being doomed to loneliness, there I'm picked up by God and treated to His company, consoling me with His love and mercy.
Sorrow is put aside during these times of human frailty, feeling only the goodness of God, wiping tears from my eyes and mind with His gentle touch.
