Taking Hesitant Steps Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Taking Hesitant Steps

Slowly walking, taking hesitant steps in my mind,
unsure of which direction to go.

So many options filling my mind with exciting
travels into many memories and visions.

Satisfied within, I take to the ocean and ride
the waves.

Swelling tides taking me out to depths where I can
hide without difficulty and enjoy myself besides.
