Temptation And Treason
Degraded on every corner
Judged on every step
Hated on false pretensions
Love - a pitiful imitation
Lying thief erasing the past.
Truth huddled in past's hand
Chaos a hidden plan.
Blinded in darkness
Deaf to all except the serpent's tongue.
A petty puppet, an empty shell
Hallowed in the puppet master's palm
Temptation - its in my veins
Treason calling out my name
