The Bark Poem by yoonoos peerbocus

The Bark

Rating: 4.4

From the tree when the bark wright
carved me for the expansion
of my self essence into a bark, I
came out of my depth as beauty

emerges from the inside out.Being just
a shape around me, the emptied trunk
caved in as a slough or windless
shape of dust.As

floatability
as my inward secret became fin
itself, I made water as safe
as land and got

the entire ocean and
sky above, to myself, not
as a place to visit
but home itself-

An impressive poem with a message. An incident in the life of a tree finally compels to see with a broad vision. All the world is a stage is that vision. Great thoughts. To reflect life from the perception of a tree or ocean is the real gift of a poet and you happen to be the one. Impressive indeed.

Rereading this again, I find their are layers that deserve greater reflection, one is always growing and the bark changes. You are a poet philosopher.
