The Key To Salvation
(Sā dh o man kā mā n t i▫ ā ga▫ o.)
Gentlemen, cast away the ego of mind,
Anger, lust, company of the wicked
Ever flee from the passions of this kind.1 (Refrain)
The pleasure and pain one toner
And so the honor and dishonor,
One detached in joys & sorrows,
He knows the life’s mystical glow.1.
In praise & slander who don’t digress,
The key to salvation they possess;
Nanak, in complex game of passions
Guru’s Grace begets revelation.2.1.

I follow the KING JAMES BIBLE. But, GOD is GOD. Straight is the gate and narrow the way, that leads onto salvation. Broad is the way that leads to destruction. - The lusts of this life and the temporal things that fade with death.
