The Vityaz In The Tiger Skin Shota Rustaveli The Prayer Of Avtandil Before The Departure

THE PRAYER OF AVTANDIL BEFORE THE DEPARTURE

He appeale: 'Great my God, lord and tsar of the universe,
Rewarding an unreasonable transitory creature according the merits,
Master of the mountain guards, light of the unuttered soul,
Strengthen in me the desire to serve the imperishable love!

My God, tsar of the earth and of the sky, you mute to my words!
You ordered to love each of each to the poor inhabitants of the earth.
Nowadays I am alone suffer afar from the beloved woman.
Do not extinguish the love that its seeds sprouted in the heart!

My God, my God is mild heart, you alone is- my basis!
Do not leave me in a battle, do not deprive a shelter in a roam,
Protect me from a storm and from a night devil!
If I am live remain, I will serve you again! '

Having prayed, the hero left capital alone.
And, rested by Avtandil, Shermadin bitterly cried.
He sharpened a stones by the tears and burnt the sand of the valleys.
What will console the servant in a grief if the lord has disappeared?
