what does it take
to turn the key,
to unlock the door,
to get you to come in?
what does it take
to heal the wounds,
to take the load off your back,
to release you from your chains?
what does it take
to free the tears,
to break down the barriers,
to give you back your breath?
what does it take,
to find forgiveness,
both going and coming....
what does it take?
