The upshots of your long silence made me
leave my house to roam through the hills of Ooty.
My visit to the hills healed my heart
by the sweet scent of Roses and the herbs.
The solace infused in my mind and manners
buttress my mind to forget the words you said.
Every word you spoke in joy or anger
has sparked my heart to move its musical strings.
I was beguiled by not your beauty
but your smiles which made me enamoured of you.
For the slip of the tongue or small errors
if you launch a vehement verbal attack
no man can bear your words, which are truly swords!
