Its life painted pale.

Series of thoughts entangle the wits;
As if wound by thousand unseen knots.
Blindfolded to perceive anything,
Dumb I go, unable to utter a thing.

In the rat race of 21st century
Time when high is the level of mercury
Lost in a state of utter confusion
One among the hundred millions

Innocent chuckles of an infant
Be the toothless grin of a grandma;
The pride of a charming beauty;
An expression so simple and elegant,

Lend ears to chanting breeze
Calm your promiscuous mind.

Feel the whiffle of wind
Let peace rein your mind.

In the terrifying darkness
Came out the crescent.
Twinkles over dark sky,
Reminded the day's mess.

Trickles over my feet, looked down,
Those were my tears, not the rain.
Psyche that wandered in vibrant reverie
Now baffles with the conflicts of a dying [soul] core.
