Anamika Jayakumar Poems
Somewhere in the ride we met Just a coincidence or by destiny. From strangers to friends Now you're more than a sis
THE FIRE ON ICE
Series of thoughts entangle the wits; As if wound by thousand unseen knots. Blindfolded to perceive anything, Dumb I go, unable to utter a thing.
Hold On Your Smile
Innocent chuckles of an infant Be the toothless grin of a grandma; The pride of a charming beauty; An expression so simple and elegant,
In the rat race of 21st century Time when high is the level of mercury Lost in a state of utter confusion One among the hundred millions
A Familiar Tale
Here, a story I narrate, May be you often encounter, More than a tale, Its life painted pale.
THE EVIL TWIN
A face past the veil Yet I see the freaky smile. A voice till not heard, But the tone I do heed.
Choices and Chaos
Like a flash of light, Runs out an untamed horse. Months, Hours, minutes and seconds; Once passed, the mighty horse
An Ode To
A year ago, Unknown you were, Stranger among an unknown crowd Which took us into as it flowed.
Stranger Among The Crowd
A familiar face among the flock Was it the one with that unique allure? ? With those eyes casting the magical spell? ? Who walked in, just to fasten the crowd? ?
Trickles over my feet, looked down, Those were my tears, not the rain. Psyche that wandered in vibrant reverie Now baffles with the conflicts of a dying [soul] core.
Woe In The Night
In the terrifying darkness Came out the crescent. Twinkles over dark sky, Reminded the day's mess.
For A New Beginning
Lend ears to chanting breeze Calm your promiscuous mind. Feel the whiffle of wind Let peace rein your mind.

Somewhere in the ride we met
Just a coincidence or by destiny.
From strangers to friends
Now you're more than a sis
Confusions cleaved road to clash
Nobody knew why was the slash.
Painted life in new shade
When seemed it would fade.
Inspite our myriad differences
Together we did a lot of mess.
Not a moment without tussle,
But once caught in a puzzle,
Stand out to rescue all in a hurry
Still we're worse than Tom and Jerry.
Purge panic to arose another fear
God! ! You are the craziest ever.
Still I bear your foolish ...
