Aesop’s Empty Clip Poem by Ted Sheridan

Aesop’s Empty Clip

Rating: 5.0

He left the house this morning early and bright as the Glock stuck 9mm
Cheerfully he shot and killed eight people and wounding two as his aim
Was slightly off
Reloading as the cops arrived
He managed to kill another nine
Before turning the gun on himself

*There is no such thing as innocence

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

So true especially when one loses their innocence to commit premeditated murder.
