Catching Glimpses Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Catching Glimpses

Sending placards of peace into the world, hoping they'll do
some good, enjoying splendid categories of yesterday as they
spread themselves over landscapes too beautiful to admire
in mere moments.

Living, wide awake, hoping to catch glimpses of inner wisdom
in times of despair, but nothing comes to mind as life decides
to blacken itself out and go away, only at the behest of death
itself though.
