Like a tree she took care of me
To blossom with colors.
She provided all vigor and fodder
Blossoming me as a flower.
I am only a flower in it
In the tree of my beloved! !
A tree where I bloomed
And felt so blessed being there.
The tree was so majestic with glory
As if it was from the garden of Eden,
Glowing with it's splendor and glamor
Everyone was amazed.
It excelled with it's flavor and gloss
With so many glittering flowers,
I myself and our two sons
Were twinkling in that amazing tree.
We felt to be in heaven
Under the care of that tree.
A tree where I bloomed
And felt so blessed being there.
I am only a flower in it
In the tree of my beloved! !

Like a tree she takes care of me .............to fit better with the rest of the poem i would suggest took, not takes Glowing with it's splendor and glamour .....check the use of it's :) this is a splendid tribute to your beloved. thanks for sharing. best wishes to you all. bri :) p.s. my favorite lines are: I myself and our two sons Were twinkling in that tree. i hope you three will continue to twinkle, if less brightly, in the memories you hold of your beloved. some day a new beloved may come into your life to supplement your memories.

A great tribute to your beloved wife and crafted very lovingly with imagery outstanding.....a touching one indeed
Amitava, this is a beautiful poem to commemorate Rakhee's Birthday! ! It tells of your wonderful love together and the amazing way she cared for all of you! You definitely were blessed with a fantastic wife! Your imagery is superb, and rhythm evenly flowing. There is much sadness in this poem also, it is hard to go on living when the heart of your loved one has been wrenched from you, but you are making a good effort to keep going through your poetry. Please keep writing and telling us of your great love. Thank you for sharing, Amitava. RoseAnn
