Happenings In Our World Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Listening to water of a fountain flowing while melodies are
playing on a CD player, tantalizing this mind, keeping it
awake, alert and intense.

Watching and seeing so many things happening in our world,
many of them not good at all, praying, wanting an end to
evil, corruption and pedophilia for there's no room for it.

We the People need to get it straight through morals, ethics
and creating values for one another, ending the evil that's
become in politicians who think they're above the law.

Thinking they can take what isn't theirs, feeling powerful
while seeming to have gotten the ideas that they can get
away with doing anything they want, but not others.
