Happy As Can Be Poem by Mae Summerville

Happy As Can Be

Rating: 5.0

She has decended up to heaven
Pain and insanity free
Barefoot as she tiptoes thru the tulips
Happy as she can be
Her pain and insanity was traded for my grief
I prayed to God to do this for her
He answered swiftly, much to my relief
No more pain and insanity

Everywhere in Western society we depict death as bad; yet it is a release and since we know sound waves and electricity are invisible; it makes sense that consciousness will continue invisible after shedding the body; therefore I love this description; yes, she will tiptoe thru the tulips and you will see her again; lovely poem! Kind regards, Margaret.
