Herbstabend im Dorf (nach Rilke: Herbsttag)

Schwer geht der Tag, die alte Ferne ruht
In Farben, die nach Glockenstille schwinden,
Und mit den Winden kommt Wolkenschattenflut.

Das Zwielicht tritt versperrend vors Gemach
Der Sonne hinterm Horizontgefüge,
Ums Tal irrt Dunst, und Abendvogelzüge
Streifen übers nachtverschwiegne Dach.

Das Dorf verschweigt bald gähnend jedes Haus,
Gebettet schon ans Bachgeräusch der Wiesen.
Und in den Häusern läßt es stumm das Fließen
Der virtuellen Welten … Kein Hinaus!
Kein Himmel! Schweigen, wenn Gestirne grüßen …
