Uncle Fred, walking at night along a street
Stepped and tripped over a dead rat
Chased by a mad poodle
He fell into a puddle
At dawn Fred was still wading in deep dirt!
When misfortune comes, comes in flocks and in bundles......Valsa......so nicely executed in beautiful limerick.......
Sorrows come one top of the other. It's only in sorrow that one learns. Fred got lot of experience. Ha ha! !
This limerick provokes sadness instead of happiness, yet it provides entertainment. You have so touchingly delineated this limerick with nice diction. Thanks for sharing.
Sometimes life is so unkind. It will bring you numerous unfortunate events to.test our endurance and patience. A wonderful limerick. Very entertaining.
It never rains but it pours. When times are bad it can really get bad Lovely limerick Valsa-10
What a pity - Uncle Fred! ! Being hit by a dead rat And then huh, chased by a poodle Who was a complete brat! ! ! ! ! .......... Lovely limerick
