Mountain View Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Mountain View

Above fragrant earth watching clouds roll through the sky, throwing their shadows down mountainsides and cliffs.
Holy peace saturating mindful eyes, carrying serenity deeply into a soul.
Fascinating views from all directions, wind blowing carelessly - scents of wildflowers to my senses.
Bouquets of beauty fragrantly placed upon tables, awaiting compliments of many guests.
Water cascading gently from a small fountain, titillating memories of youthful nature, playing once in forests placed on top of mountains in New Jersey.
Wonder of natural life, comes from our soul, traveling through our hearts and shining from our eyes.
Bountiful treasures stacked neatly in organized piles, stored in memories, saved for rainy days in later years.
