My Cousin Nani Poem by Crystal Castro

My Cousin Nani

Rating: 3.5

she was such a great person
a person everyone could adore
nobody saw less of her
are never thought even more
Nani was her name
she was cheerful on bright
and the next thing we knew
she was walking towards the light
One newborn baby boy
so happy with glee
but when my cousin Nani died
Her husband Mike fell to his knees
why did they take such a beautiful life
praying that nothing will go wrong
but she had to pass away
so as a family we all tried to stay strong
when I had first found out
constant tears roll down my eyes
because only one time I had said hello
but never got to say any good byes
such a beautiful life
so why did they take yours
so many pictures of memories
why did they take yours
Nani you are precious
so precious to us all
but ever since you passed away
the world and our family turned small
we miss you so much
now that we are apart
but I just want to let you know that
you will forever always be in our hearts

May God give you the strength to bear the pain..........its a part of life........ God has his own way...........but as it is said.......the best ones die young.....so be assured of that................good poem reminds you of lost ones and the regret of not showing your feelings when you had time to..........

A sad poem. May her soul rest in peace. How is the baby boy now?
