Past Definitions
Settling into a compliant mood and attitude,
letting me feel at ease.
Wondering all the time how to become myself
in new beginnings.
Associating so many sights and sounds with
meanings of words, selecting those that
sound more musical than the rest.
Forming compositions in sequence, reliving
the past in definitions of yesterday's
pastimes.
