People Free To Be Themselves Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

People Free To Be Themselves

Rushing into tambourine rhythms shaking minds loose, going onto the dance floor and having a great time being oneself throughout the night.

Excellent vibrational energy filling not only the atmosphere, but everyone here tonight, smiling, talking, friendship abounding, feelings at ease.

People free to be themselves, not worrying what others may think at all, a tender, exploratory feeling of enticing fascination as musical rhythms continue playing loudly and unrestrained at all.

This mere poet thoroughly enjoying it all as senses are awakened and seeping through heart and soul, feelings light and airy throughout the night.

Having such a really great time, just sitting and watching others dancing like this mere poet used to do in younger days when much healthier.
