Rearranging Thoughts To Fit Poems Of Essence

Being an empath, always feeling intensely throughout this life,
having intense moments of sorrow, sadness and at times joy and
happiness.

Wondering why this innate talent has come into a poet's life
unattended or so it seems to be, getting started, listening to
music, letting it guide mind and intellect throughout life.

Rearranging thoughts to fit into poems of essence as they provoke
mysterious responses appearing in poetry being written, mind beat-
ing with rhythms of the heart in an unending parade of feelings.

Now realizing that this poetical nature is keeping emotions
quelled deep inside, not allowing them to be felt or written
about.

Somehow just knowing that a flood of teardrops would be falling
incessantly from within, taking mind and intellect into depths
of despair.

Yet there's no one ever around to sit with a poet, crying with
them, it just doesn't add up for a poet is always there for
others, helping in some way to get peace within themselves.

Nothing or no one ever here for a poet, thinking that a poet
is strong and needs no one to see what is needed by a silent
and disheartened being.

Living life through so many meanings that come and go, never
anyone to talk them over with, just a friend who thinks a poet
could use a friend in a difficult atmosphere of humanity alone.
