As we cross
the bridge of life
we see our glories
and we see our failures
We learn from each
as we find our way
to the true path of wisdom
Hello Dave beautiful i am impressed by the way you put across so strong a message in so few words i envy your ability to do that well done
Find our way to the true path of wisdom. Beautifully put. Thank you.
excellent thoughts Dave. we are like as to a group of children in the school of life with many lessons to learn.
We may see clearly at that time. Our search for Truth seems to never end
Too many bridges to cross Before wisdom on us finally dawns And all the time that we lost In between will in our old age haunt..... (Good poem Sir - keep on at it)
And so looking back and then forward gives you enlightenment on what your life is right now. This is a great poem.
I have to disagree....the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom....that is why some of the most educated may not have it, and some people with long histories of failures may look behind, see their mistakes yet go forward and still repeat the same mistakes.....but sometimes the most simple person has great wisdom because he depends on God for light on his path.
That's so true we learn from our past experiences! A fool doesnot even learn through experiences A knowledgeable persons learns from his past experiences and A wiseman learns through observation of the fellow men!
