Austin Dawe Poems

e you ever noticed, that no matter what, things wont be the same. That hours of convincing lying and wishing for change empties you, leaving the pieces of your destroyed hope and crushed dreams....
Leaving you empty and cold. You look for warmth but person after person, the illusion shatters, and faith gets lost in the fog of society, as you scatter to pick up the fallen pieces of your broken dream and heart, but the only warmth you can find is in the steel tip of a blade pressed against your skin.
They laugh at you, call you freak and Emo, but none of them know the love they call pain. The comfort as it slowly opens your arm and lets out your guilt. But alas it does not help at all, and day-by-day it opens a gate and fills you up with sadness by the minute.

The Ending Tale

Have you ever noticed, that no matter what, things wont be the same.
This time you have to let out the sadness permanently... For the ultimate warmth you will ever find is the hug from the reaper as he embraces you with the love of death.........
