bob barci Biography
To begin with, I was adopted from the Angel Guardian Home in Brooklyn. I grew up in Elmont, Long Island. I attended Dutch Broadway Elementary School, Elmont Memorial Jr. and Sr. High School,2years at Nassau Community College and 2 years at Windham College in Putney, Vermont. My very first poem was written as an assignment at NCC and I went from there. I have attended numerous poetry readings on Long Island and in Manhattan. I've also had many of my poems published in various publications. I've also placed in poetry contests. I consider my poems simple and easy to read and understand.

I am reaching out, for
a brighter light, a better way.
