Misty In The Morning

I looked into a starlit night,
and watched the sunset go,
I looked into a moon so full,
and knew that you should know.

I traveled across the mountains,
they were so green and blue,
I almost felt I could touch the stars,
and knew that you would love them too.

Misty in the morning,
A chill sometimes in the air,
All of this beauty I would behold,
Somehow I knew you were there.

So I just thought I would try to relate
the beauty in these things,
For I do know that we do share
The fragrance a flower brings.
