Daniel Steele Biography

Growing up in East London and raised by struggling working class parents I learnt fast how to survive and how to make the most of the little things.
During my primary years I was socially relevant accepted by my peers and teachers hated that they loved me. Mild mannered and humorous I feed my mind with manga’s, movies of all genres, documentaries the bible and computer games. A product of my environment, these things held my interest rounded my personality and shaped my creativity.
However it was not until my late teen’s; an explosive time filled with life lessons and learning curves, that I learnt the importance of being in your own company, a concept Alien to me until I went travelling for three months alone. At this time knowing myself became primary. Likes dislikes Reasons and Goals. I defined myself and refined my life meaning.
Then came university were I studied Cognitive Science which further fuelled my appetite to understand; why what when and how. Not only in regards to myself but humanity as a whole its Likes dislikes Reasons and Goals.
My research was insatiable, so many things taken in, so many ideas formulated but still I had no expressive tool, no way to translate, no way to give back.
At the age 21 I was given career advice by a 9 year old (LMAO) , who suggested that I become a writer (he had his reasons) .
It has been a long journey but I finally found my form of expression which I have practiced and refined over the last 4 years....So at 25 years old I am proud to call myself a writer.
