I saw with awe, disbelief, and wonder
A Man riding on the crests of the tempests in yonder

Yet, there cropped an uncanny feeling within:

When darkness assails and despondency prevails
Thou take me by my arms and lead me unto the doors
That open out in the soothing Light;
When warring postulates of claimants to glories

It sounds distant to many while to few near,
But, very few are they who hear It loud and clear.
It reverberates:

The Stout Heart

I saw with awe, disbelief, and wonder
A Man riding on the crests of the tempests in yonder
And, smiling amidst raging lightning and thunder
Yet, there cropped an uncanny feeling within:
The stout heart that had kept tears at bay
Had hidden its wound and had a lot more to say

I pray to Him whom his words deny
That he unburdens himself and let the doer ship die
Multitudes after all are swept away by the onrushing tide
And how little it is in them to check its marching stride

May he find refuge in Him
Who creates, preserves and destroys at will
Only to unearth that lies latent and still
Impatiently waiting from eternity to reveal itself
Amidst the throes of pain and gruelling grill
The True, the Wise, and the Blissful Self
