Esther Adelana Biography

Adelana Esther is a Conference Speaker, and Author.

She's passionate about changing lives through public speaking and writing.

As an Educationist, She has a B.A in English and M.A (in view) in the same course.

She's professionally certified in;
Human Resources Management (HRM)
Customer Service and Relationship Management (CSRM)
Project Management
Health Safety and Environment (HSE) level 1 & 2

She also has a Nigeria certificate in Education in Economics and Social Studies. She's a member of the African Youth Union Commission Nigeria, where she served as a Senior Programmes Specialist - Education in 2021.

As an author, she has published books on Christian living/inspirational genres, among these are; 'The 360° Woman' and 'Glorious Adventure'.

Her first book 'Glorious Adventure' was published and launched in 2017 with the occasion chaired by Emeka Nobis and Prof. Ven. Benjamin Egede a professor of English language.

As a lead strategist, she leads The Phenomenal Network and TEA-PRIME LEADERSHIP ACADEMY. These organizations are committed to the holistic growth of persons through programs, conferences, training, missions and outreaches.

She has been working with her team since 2018, to host Purpose conference: An annual leadership summit for educators, transformational leaders, undergraduates, and emerging leaders.

The network also reach out to the poor through it foundation and gives merit scholarships to students who are exceptional in the annual poetry rendition competition featured in Purpose Conference.

As the editor in Chief of 'Phenomenal Magazine': She believes everyone has the potential to become all they can be! Hence, the need to celebrate (wo) men doing exceptionally in their marriages, ministry and career.
