Evelyn Castillo Biography

My name is Evelyn Castillo, i like to be called ebee or eve. I have been writting poetry since i was fourteen. I am currently seventeen soon to be eighteen. I love writing poetry, it has been one of my most favorite past times, and it is something that has helped me cope with many things that i have gone through. I when i felt that there was no one that could understand and i felt alone, my pen and paper were always there to help me cope. I'm very thankful for poetry because it has become my escape, a place where i can be free to express myself and who i truly am. During my break ups, family issues, moments of weakness, realizations, angers, and moments of happiness poetry has always been a great way for me to release my feelings. I'm not very good when it comes to talking to others and being able to express what i feel and what im going through so instead i write it all down.
