'Kites'

for once, i've never flown a kite.
however, i've seen many facades across the world
really, all i truly desire is these little memories of innocence
fades away sooner than i thought as water flows through these hands
stability where there's one place i'd call home..

ain't in a constant of moving in and out
or abruptly out of all these shrewdness are clouded
tonight, id like to fly a kite
sounds inane really id rather say

yet
she's there. standing and stunned.
'you haven't flown a kite? even once? '
distant evocation and all seeps through
i don't have the worst times of growing up
also it ain't easy for me to navigate on such a trench of waves
smooths through yet brings up the hardest of times
irrational fears, judgements, binaries and it goes on and on
but.. there's something missing, unlabelled to be frank
it calls on me growing up. i'd always want to play, for the rest of my life
i'm tired of loneliness checks on me here and there

'come on! we are going to pop your kite high soaring up, mon cher! '
at last.. i'm home.
