My Brother 3

From the time i met you,
I knew you were the one.
More than just a loving friend,
you were someone I would gladly call my brother.

Even though I met you later in life,
this feeling I have tells me I've met you before.
The things you do, the love you give,
everything from you brings a smile to my face.

You are a shoulder where my tears rest,
a helping hand when I'm troubled,
you're everything I've ever wished for,
more than i ever need.

I hate it when you're down,
seeing your tears, your act, your thoughtless mind,
I more than wished I could take in all your sorrows,
I don't care if I'm in pain, as long as I have you.
 
The bond we have is more than blood,
the type which cannot be found.
My love for you is forever,
My brother, I'm willing to die for you.
