A mother wept this morning as she left her baby child, for he was off to serve his country, so sure and oh so proud.
This trip to Boot she dreaded, too hard almost to bare, but she now knew his calling, was really quite so rare.
She couldn't hear his sweet voice or hug and kiss his cheek, his first letters came in close to none and he sounded frail and weak.
Thankfully she had those MoMs that had stood where she now stands, its hard to find a heart and mind that could really understand.
