Nino Varsimashvili Biography

She wrote her first poem at the age 11 when her parents got divorced. She was inspired by the distance which was separating her from her mother. At the age 17 she traveled to Dubai, United Arab Emirates to live with her mother. When a mother has read her poems she didn't believe that it was written by Nino, after which Nino was terribly discouraged, she tore her poems and stopped writing.
Many years later her husband (filmmaker Rati Tsiteladze) believed in her, inspired her and encouraged her to write again…
She wrote the story for Film 'Little Things' (2014) and Hero (2014) .
