Evolution

The journey of a bird flying far & free,
I imagine the thrill of gliding like thee.

Just to watch the world as I cruise on by,
Clearing my mind as I soar through the sky.

Not eternal flight as my place is on earth,
Just one day to experience a new birth.

Then a fresher perspective I will be seeing,
As I act like the person I dream of being.
