ଦୋଷୀ Poem by Gajanan Mishra

The poem is written in Odia language. Odia is the official language of Odisha, India. In the official language act 1954 it is stated that'all or any purposes Odia language shall be used' but the servants or say officials and leaders are not using anywhere Odia. The Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik also not talking in Odia language. This is against the laws and procedures. The judges are also not using the language of the people and using the foreign language in delivering judgment. It is undemocratic. The people are in dark, though, the Constitution of India, in the very first line, say- We, the people of India are sovereign. Without the language of the people, the very sovereignty is in danger.
The Odia language is there in the 8th Sch of the Constitution of India, it is a classical language also. Odia is an ancient language. In this poem, it is requested to all, to use the language of the people everywhere while in public office.
