Σκάλες
Μια σκάλα προς τον ουρανό,
μια σκάλα προς την Γή μας,
μια σκάλα προς την θάλασσα
οι πόθοι της ζωής μας.
Όταν την σκάλα ανεβείς,
γαλήνη, νηνεμία
κι όταν τη σκάλα απαρνηθείς,
κενή αδιαφορία.
Κοίτα τώρα που κόπηκε
ένταση κι αγωνία,
για μια ελπίδα αμφίβολη
πονά η αδυναμία
