I found her hanging from the tree, her eyes now cold and black,
That image made my heart bleed and I thought I heard it crack.
Tears ran down my face as I held her by each arm,
Her whole life running through my mind, trying to find reason for self harm.
My whole body was aching from the pain,
The devastation tempting my mind to no longer stay sane.
I couldn’t save her; I couldn’t bring her back,
Never again will I see my baby girl so my heart I’ll lack.
My love for her will never ever cease,
My darling daughter may she rest in peace.
