A Bird? A Beast? A Murderer? An Angel? Poem by Saniya Galeyeva

A Bird? A Beast? A Murderer? An Angel?

A bird? A beast? A murderer? An angel?
How should I call you, oh, my love?
At first you were a passer-by, a stranger,
But now you`re everything I want.

You ruined all our dreams and broke my poor heart.
Why should I suffer, darling?
Just tell me, please, `cause I can`t understand
Why you were always lying.

Why did you leave me after months of loving?
Why did you hurt me then so much?
My soul is empty and I`m simply dying
Without your kiss and gentle touch.

A careless bird, a beast, a fallen angel,
A cruel murderer you are.
How could I know that you were such a danger
When you sincerely said to me: "Love ya".
