A Dog In A Kennel Poem by Lindsay Griffo

A Dog In A Kennel

Rating: 5.0

Alone.
People are looking to own.
But not me,
I'm not like the rest
Not even close to the best.
Different,
That is what I am.
Sitting in this small enclosure,
Little to none exposure.
Waiting for the ones who will care
That will promise to always be there.
But till that day
All I can stay,
Is alone.

Oh I really liked this one Lindsay. You have a real talent for writing & expressing yourself. Keep up the good work. Makes me want to go adopt another dog.....lol ONLY KIDDING. But you really did express what a dog might be thinking sitting there all alone in those dog kennels. Nice job Linds! ! !
