A Dream - Poem by Enriquito Lucero Jr.

Came out from my room,
Of wagging tails the dogs greeted
Licked my shoes they did...
(They're friendly but why?)
I walked still...
They blocked my way,
Forcing to stand in front.
Then out on the streets was I
'AAAHHH! ' A cargo truck hit me.
I woke up then.
Came out from my room,
Of wagging tails the dogs greeted
Licked my shoes they did...
(They're friendly but why?)
