A False Like Poem by Phurpa Wangdi

A False Like

Thought deep and shallow
Of my feelings deep within
uttered word of love a thousand times
Until you of all people turned deaf.

My love for you knew no bounds
Hard it was to act otherwise
Of all the people in the universe
you judged me a liar

I babbled of things i didnot know
Of feelings i didnot understand
To extend time even if for a moment
And you felt I was childish.

I fell for you
Fell hard that it hurt
And yet i got blamed
For a mistake not mine.
