A Letter From Death Poem by Dernell Antoine

A Letter From Death

Hey,
I see what you are going through, is ok, let me help, I know exactly what to do, but first let me put real illusions in your mind things you already know to be true.
Going out of your way for everyone to let them know how much you truly cares, now you laughing and smiling in their face but they can't even see your eyes holding back the tears.
Your feelings doesn't mean nothing much receiving affection that's way to much, that's why I'm showing you a darker touch.
Let me in, let me heal your troubled mind or you need a reminder the world to you is unkind, you need my help so here in blood you must sign.
How many times you want to continue to feel worthless, its turning you into a person that's cold and heartless but I got you, let me take you to a place that's timeless, you will be lost to my face you will be breathless.
You believed you was wrong, because you been warned don't go in to strong, now depression holding you for far to long, it would benefit everyone If your were gone, then they will remember you by your favorite song.
Your heart is good your intentions is pure,
To make someone appreciate you, make them see you there's no cure, There's nothing you can do if people see you as the secondary go to option, But you prefer to make your sadness your personal affliction, now you always have me in your mind like an addiction.
You don't let no one in that's a weapon I does use
Showing you the darkness and how beautifully it can seduces,
take my hand follow me that's the only way your sleepless nights will reduce
or stay here and continue to feel empty feelings and emotional abuse,
how long do I have to wait and be amuse it's either later or now you chose.

Your Friend Death.
