A light in the dark
as the wind starts to howl
the rain beats the window
and the power gets weaker
you talk till the morning
till the storm goes away
but you both come out the same
look around as the rain
falls slowly.
creating this little world
the trees shimmer and the rain stops
he lets go of your hand
cuz this storm is over

but will he be there next time?
