A Moment Of...Silence Poem by Preze Reese

A Moment Of...Silence

A decision was made for me by myself after consideration to those who would directly be affected. I have perceived myself as many things. Without asking I have received the same, from people who honestly have some type of interest of mine in mind. My outer frame has taken a beating so severe my insides take on a striking mirror image of it. At times like that I wish a doppelganger existed in my honor, so jumping from one body to another would be feasible. Leaving behind all those I would not have used for. That would include emotions that aged my skin and provoked an older appearance.
