A Mothers' Day Accolade Poem by Robert Bartlett

A Mothers' Day Accolade

FOR THE DEEDS YOU'VE LONG DONE,
FOR THE RACES YOU'VE WON,
FOR THE THORNS YOU'VE PRIED LOOSE
RAISING EACH LITTLE PAPOOSE;
MAY THE SWEET AROMA OF LOVE
SURROUND YOU FROM ABOVE.

Happy Mother's Day!
